Job Description:

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for an Expert System Designer to join the development of a new IP.

Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

As a member of the Design department, you'll work closely with our gameplay, engineering and art teams to deliver advanced gameplay systems.

As a member of the project, you'll help take the studio and our game from great to even better; with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

You'll help us by...

• Writing both Detailed and High-Level documentation, defining the foundations of Systems used in the game.

• Designing, documenting and working with other Designers and Engineers to deliver the Systemic backend of the game

• Being responsible for Balancing, designing and delivering the best player experience on the market

• Clearly communicating complex ideas to our diverse development team

• Implementing intermediate systems using object-oriented scripting languages

You're awesome because you have...

• Proven professional game industry experience

• At least one shipped AAA or AA game

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

• Understanding of complex math

• The ability to look at the big picture
