Your role

As a business controlling consultant you will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end cost controlling and decision making processes, delivering client value in complex and innovative SAP programs for leading global organizations. This including:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA controlling modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA controlling areas including e.g. cost accounting, product costing/variance analysis, transfer pricing, management reporting and margin analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM, PM) and external systems.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA controlling, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.

Your profile

• Passionate about S/4Hana, growing people and delivering client value.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in implementing SAP business controlling solutions in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of business controlling processes and best practices with the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant SAP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience from both Greenfield and brownfield projects is a plus.
