Experienced Java Full-stack Developer to Capital Markets

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full-stack Developer to join our Capital Markets Channels team. You will design and build secure, scalable financial solutions in a DevSecOps-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices
• Build and manage event-driven integrations using Kafka
• Develop TypeScript frontends for internal and external users
• Modernize legacy Java workloads into containerized services
• Ensure security and compliance across the stack
• Drive CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Java backend or full-stack development
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Security-first mindset (OAuth2/OIDC)

Nice to Have

• Apache Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect
• Open Banking standards
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or similar)
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Interest in cybersecurity and threat modeling
