What you will do

• Keep an eye on live sessions and make sure the audio and transcripts are coming through cleanly
• Compare what's being discussed against the agenda and flag anything that looks off
• Read through AI-generated reports and tidy them up so they're clear and accurate
• Stay on top of overlapping sessions and schedule changes during event days

Required qualifications

• Currently studying at university, or recently started studying
• Comfortable working in English
• Careful, attentive, and reliable - the kind of person who notices small things
• Able to stay calm and focused when things move quickly
• Flexible with hours during event periods, including some early mornings or evenings depending on time zones

Nice to have

• Interest in events, media, or AI products
• Previous experience with part-time or project-based work
