Evening receptionist - Baker McKenzie Stockholm
We are currently seeking two law students, from semester three and onwards, to join our team as evening receptionists. This is an excellent opportunity for students at an early stage of their studies to gain insight into the day-to-day operations of an international law firm while developing valuable professional skills in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
The role involves working one to two evenings per week, Monday to Thursday, between 16:00 and 20:00, and Friday between 15:00 - 18:00, at our Stockholm office. In addition, you will be expected to provide back-up support during events, as well as when our regular staff are absent due to illness or holiday.
As an evening receptionist, you will join a supportive and collaborative environment where teamwork, trust, and inclusion are core values-qualities our people consistently highlight as key strengths of working at Baker McKenzie.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a Master of Laws program at a Swedish university - Uppsala, or Stockholm, and have completed at least your third semester.
You are expected to be able to work from our Stockholm office on a regular basis. We offer flexibility in how these days are structured, depending on your availability.

You will
- Welcome visitors to the firm in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression and that all needs are met.
- Manage incoming calls with a warm, clear, and service-oriented approach, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and appropriately.
- Manage incoming reception and invoice emails, alongside reviewing and processing invoices to ensure smooth and accurate handling.
- Take ownership of the evening reception, maintaining a high standard in both front-of-house service and internal operations. This includes ensuring that kitchens, conference rooms, and shared spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm, including archiving and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of internal processes.
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and teams, including preparing cover letters, proofreading documents, and conducting company research.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of closing binders and project folders as part of client deliverables.
