Assignment Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead, support, and develop 2-3 agile engineering teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives at both team and individual levels

Establish and refine efficient workflows, processes, and delivery frameworks

Ensure effective onboarding and continuous skill development within teams

Coach team members in collaboration, communication, and delivery excellence

Collaborate closely with other Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and product teams

Strengthen cross-team collaboration in a distributed systems environment

Identify and remove organizational and technical bottlenecks proactively

Foster a culture of ownership, engagement, and teamwork

What You Bring

3-5+ years of experience in a leadership role within software engineering (e.g., Engineering Manager, Tech Lead with people responsibility)

Previous hands-on experience as a software developer

Strong experience working with agile methodologies in fast-paced environments

Solid understanding of modern system architectures, such as:

Microservices and distributed systems

Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or equivalent)

Containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)

Experience working with data-driven decision-making and delivery metrics

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop both teams and individuals

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written)
