All about the role
The Ecosystem Business Development Manager drives commercial growth and value creation across post-purchase channels through direct relationships with our consumers. You do that by for example scaling subscriptions as a business model, accelerating product registrations with opt-in, and orchestrating lifecycle communication to our registered appliance owners via for example outbound - all in close collaboration with Product Lines, channel/touchpoint owners and other teams.
As Ecosystem Business Development Manager you also act as business owner for "Electrolux Link". You work with Product Lines on rollouts , and prioritization as well as other teams to ensure the Link call-to-action remains relevant throughout the product lifecycle. Beyond day-to-day operations you support the development and rollout of digital offerings in connection with the app for connected appliances, working closely with the Ecosystem business development manager (connected) to ensure one seamless consumer ownership experience across connected and non-connected appliances and across channels and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the subscriptions development and commercial plan, including value propositions, offer design, and business results. Partnering with channel/touchpoint owners to embed subscription offers into relevant journeys.
- Business owner of "Electrolux Link" including realization of value for consumer and the business.
- Overall responsible for driving product registration together with channel/touchpoint owners and markets and responsible for the online product registration journey, specifically including leading optimization and journey outcomes.
- Identify growth levers across the post-purchase funnel (traffic conversion retention), prioritizing initiatives with the highest expected lifetime value impact.
- Close collaboration with our local markets, ensuring that priorities are aligned, and business results are realized.
Who you are:
- Graduate in Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience working with innovation and developing new business models, product line experience is a plus
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue, conversion optimization, and measurable business impact.
- Experience from project management or leadership responsibilities in a matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, consumer journeys, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product Lines, Experience Marketing, Product (IT), CRM, Contact Center, Service Operations, tech and Commercial teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment across complex ecosystems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, with a proactive, growth-oriented, and consumer-centric mindset
