Purpose of the role:
Long story short:
As the Business Development Manager for Sweden, you will be the driving force behind our next phase of growth. You will identify high-impact market opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and unlock revenue streams outside of existing sales channels. By managing the full lifecycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification to closing initial commercial agreements, you ensure our ecosystem is positioned for long-term success from the very first interaction.
What you will do:
Strategic Pipeline Management: Build, prioritize, and lead a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities across the Swedish region to capture market share.
Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate high-level partnerships with key ecosystem players, including utilities, wholesalers, automotive leaders, and technology partners.
Deal Structuring: Lead complex negotiations and structure innovative proposals to close foundational commercial agreements.
Proposition Innovation: Develop new value propositions in close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Excellence to maintain Easee’s competitive edge.
Market Intelligence: Proactively identify market risks and opportunities, recommending strategic positioning to stay ahead of the competitive landscape.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Easee as a thought leader at regional industry events, partner meetings, and key commercial engagements.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all commercial activities align with Easee’s financial, operational, and legal standards.

What you need to be able to bring along:
Educational Background: A University degree (Applied Sciences or higher) in a commercial, business, or technical field.
Senior Experience: 5+ years of experience in a comparable Business Development or Sales role within a tech-driven or innovative company.
Industry Knowledge: Strong commercial affinity with the EV charging, energy, or automotive sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), the Office suite, and a solid foundation of electrical or technical knowledge.
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is required; proficiency in French is considered a strong advantage.
