We are looking for Delivery Manager with below expertise:
• Coordination between Project Managers, SMEs, technical leads, offshore, onsite and customer stakeholders
• Work with Project manager, Transition manager for preparation of the project plan/schedules, daily, weekly & monthly status reports and publish as per the schedule
• Steer/attend weekly & monthly calls and Adhoc calls when needed
• Work on Service Improvement plan and Transformation initiatives
• Stakeholders' management at onsite and Penetration to new business
• Identification of business and program related issues, risks and track to closure or mitigation/resolution
• Manage onsite/offshore teams across the globe, track the projects status and take appropriate actions in case of any slippages/issues
