Challenges you will work on:

The People Services team is committed to supporting SAS Group within various areas related to deliveries. Our aim is to support in accelerating SAS People delivery model, drive operational excellence and deliver a strong colleague experience.
Our Team, People Data & Processes team, is a part of People Services and is responsible for our People Systems from a user perspective. We are striving towards harmonizing, standardizing, and improving our systems. We operate on the bridge between business and IT, where we translate business needs and processes to our People systems. We are also responsible for system- and user guidance support for the business.
We are now looking for a system specialist, that function as a Application manager, to work and improve our Time Management system (SAP/ Workforce), and will contribute in strengthen our position as a reliable partner and support a culture where we act proactively and be one of the drivers to improve our service organization.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Responsible for SAS Time / Absence management system. Have an overview of the system, initiating improvement and correct errors.

Stakeholder management. Understand and map out what is needed in the organization to improve People services together with our stakeholders.
Project Management. Pro-actively analyse, plan and execute on prioritized areas within Workforce.
Processes and Data. Build, maintain and own responsibility and well-defined processes as well as set up training where you find it necessary.
Support. Help leaders and People & Culture Partners to flawlessly execute daily tasks and understand what is urgent and not, what root causes make errors or do further investigations.

The Team

Our People Data & Processes team is a part of People Services and is responsible for our People Systems from a user perspective. We are striving towards harmonizing, standardizing, and improving our systems.
We operate on the bridge between business and IT, where we translate business needs and processes to our People systems. We are also responsible for system and user guidance support for the business.

To be successful we believe you have

• Experience working with Workforce Software or a similar time management system is highly valued, as is a background in application management, system administration, IT, or payroll.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to identify business needs, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
• Experience facilitating training and supporting users in adopting systems, processes, and new ways of working.
• A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes, systems, and user experiences.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, and international environment where priorities and business needs may change over time.
• A strong service orientation, always considering the end-user perspective when developing solutions and improving processes.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, both written and spoken.
• Experience from, or an interest in, working within large and complex international organizations.

• Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a probation period
• This position is based in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo,and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
