Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Protection Expert / Data Protection Manager
What You Will Work On
Provide expert guidance on data protection and privacy compliance
Support product and development teams in privacy-related decision-making
Translate GDPR and regulatory requirements into practical implementation approaches
Identify and assess privacy risks in new business initiatives and projects
Perform and support risk-based privacy assessments
Conduct and review DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments)
Support vendor assessments and privacy due diligence activities
Manage questions related to customer, member, and user data
Support AI-related initiatives from a privacy and governance perspective
Advise on marketing, profiling, segmentation, and digital customer data practices
Evaluate international transfers and support Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA)
Contribute to consistent privacy governance across digital products
Collaborate closely with legal, product, engineering, analytics, and business teams
What You Bring
Minimum 8 years of experience within data protection and privacy
Strong practical expertise in GDPR implementation and compliance
Good understanding of ePrivacy / LEK and interaction with GDPR requirements
Knowledge of AI regulation and privacy implications
Experience conducting DPIAs and privacy impact assessments
Experience with data processing agreements and supplier assessments
Experience performing Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA)
Experience handling customer, member, and user data
Experience supporting development initiatives and AI-related projects
Ability to prioritize based on risk and business value
Experience working with privacy in marketing, profiling, and segmentation
Experience performing assessments related to roles and responsibilities for personal data processing
Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
