As a Data Analyst within SAS Operations, you will work at the heart of our airline business, partnering with stakeholders across Airline Operations, Ground Handling, Fleet Line Maintenance, Operations Control Center, Resource Management, and Global Line Stations.

You will join our Data Analytics team, where your work will directly influence operational performance, resource planning, and strategic decision-making. The challenges You will work on

As a Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that help our stakeholders make smarter and faster decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translating business needs and operational challenges into analytical solutions.
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Supporting management with ad hoc analyses and decision-support materials.
• Ensuring reporting accuracy, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Driving process improvements through data-driven recommendations.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
• Turning complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable stories.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and data modelling.
• Experience translating business challenges into analytical solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

It Would Be a Plus If You Have

• Experience from the airline, aviation, transportation, or operations industry.
• Experience with automation, data modelling, or advanced analytics.
• Relevant certifications in analytics, BI, or data management.

• Employment Type: Full-time (100%) position with a 6-month probation period.
