Job descriptionWe are looking for aCybersecurity Project Manager to join a dynamic team inGothenburg- Swedenand play a key role in shaping and strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will lead and deliver cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance initiatives across the business, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution to reduce risks while ensuring strong delivery performance.
You will promote a Security by Design mindset, conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA), and support security audits and compliance efforts aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and UNECE R155/R156. Collaboration will be a key part of your role, working closely with Enterprise Architecture and DevSecOps teams to ensure alignment between security, system architecture, and product development.
You will also apply lean governance principles to enhance efficiency and maximize business value, while maintaining a robust and resilient security framework across the organization.
Your Missions:
- Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance initiatives across the organization
- Drive Security by Design culture and perform TARAs (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments)
- Support and participate in security audits, providing evidence of process adherence and cybersecurity maturity
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, UNECE R155/R156, and related standards
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture and DevSecOps teams to align security, architecture, and product development
- Apply lean governance principles to optimize business value delivery while maintaining strong security posture
- Develop and communicate strategies and processes to comply with regulatory requirements
- Catalyze and facilitate process improvements in dialogue and close cooperation with process owners, line managers, and other stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance within a global environment (Experience : 7 - 10 years)
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, CRA, UNECE R155/R156 standards
- Proven experience in TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment)
- Ability to support and participate in security audits
- Experience as a cloud security architect, with the ability to review modern cloud services (AWS experience preferred)
- Understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) requirements
- Automotive industry background with agile environment experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, initiative, and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent English communicator with professional proficiency. Swedish is a plus.
