Our vision is to change the world of education by developing and selling simulation-based training tools, and we are looking for more people who want to be a part of that journey. About the role

Are you a language‑skilled problem solver who loves helping others? At Tenstar Simulation, we are looking for a curious customer support colleague to join our team who is proficient in English, French, and German. Swedish is not a requirement for this position.

In this role, you will be an important part of our support team, helping customers across Europe - and sometimes globally - by resolving product‑related questions, guiding them in our simulators, and ensuring a first‑class user experience.

Your mission

• Respond quickly and smoothly to inquiries from customers and our sales team via phone, Teams, and our support system

• Report product‑related issues from customers internally to help improve our solutions

• Provide support and guidance in the use of our products, communicating in English, French, and German

• Support the sales team remotely during introductions and onboarding sessions with customers

Who are you?

You are verbal and communicative, and you thrive in a social and international environment where you are curious and eager to learn new things. We believe you are technically skilled and responsible, someone who enjoys working in a structured way, documenting your work clearly, and having multiple points of contact throughout the workday. It is an advantage if you speak Swedish and have previous experience providing support in Windows‑based systems.

Other information

• Start: Immediately, according to agreement

• Scope: Full‑time, we apply a 6‑month probationary period

• Location: Gothenburg or Tanumshede
