As a Customer Success Agent you will be a part of the Regional Operations team, working and supporting customers in the Nordics and the UK ensuring operational excellence.
You will
- Together with the Operational Account Managers, develop and maintain an optimal experience for our customers in the Nordics
- Manage daily operations, including vehicle and shift planning, ensuring seamless logistics performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, such as carriers and workshops
- Analyze and optimize performance to ensure that agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries
- Monitor the support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations
- Support customer deployment projects
- Conduct on-site customer visits and provide go-live support
We expect you to:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within operations, logistics, or a similar environment is a plus
- Strong collaborator and communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Service-minded, solution-oriented, and data-driven
- Independent and confident in your ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Hands-on mentality, comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment
- Passionate about new technology (electric transport) and sustainability
