The opportunity

This position is a key role within our logistics team. You will be the main interface for our customers regarding orders and deliveries. Some of your daily tasks will be to register and plan external customer orders and provide accurate information to customers regarding the availability of products and desired delivery dates. And to continue to build on the facts that our customers think that we are awesome, an important part of your job will be to maintain a strong relationship with them and also our internal supply sites to make sure that we are on point!

The successful applicant

You have previous experience in sales and logistics, preferably within the order and planning area. Ideally, you have been working in IFS or a similar ERP system. Great skills in English, both verbally and in writing, are a must-have and the same skills in Swedish are a plus.

As a person, you have top-notch skills in being organized. You are a multitasking ninja and have the ability to understand and anticipate our customer's needs. It is also important that you are self-motivated, energetic and that you have the ability to think and act across functions and along processes. We also believe that you have strong analytical skills and a good team spirit.

A big plus is if you are somewhat fluent in Turkish and if you like to bake because the team loves cake!
