We're helping some of the world's mosticonicbrands (LVMH, Audi, Sisley Paris, Sephora, Decathlon, Sonos) adapt to anew waypeople interact online, where shopping happens through content that entertains, informs, and builds trust. Not static product pages.

But how we show up matters just as much as what we build.We're not here to add more noise. We want to create content people actually choose to engage with. Content that makes it clear how we can help, and inspires brands tomake the shift shoppers already expect.

About the role

We're hiring a Content Lead to strengthen how Bambuser creates demand through content.

How we show up through content shapes how buyers understand us, trust us, and decide to engage.

This is a hands-on role where you'll turn product insights, customer conversations, and internal expertise into content that actually resonates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

You'll also support the planning and execution of events, ensuring they generate valuable content and contribute to our commercial goals.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, and interact with customers and partners globally.

What you'll do

Content & communications (core focus)
  • Own Bambuser's social presence end-to-end: from planning and creation to publishing and performance tracking, with a focus on LinkedIn and a mandate to expand where our audience is most engaged
  • Turn inputs (customer insights, product updates, events, internal expertise) into clear, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Create content native to modern B2B feeds (POV posts, educational content, carousels, clips, etc.)
  • Contribute to shaping angles and narratives - not just executing content
  • Maintain consistency and quality in tone of voice across all external communication
  • Coordinate input and approvals from internal stakeholders


Events (supporting role)
  • Support planning and execution of events (physical and digital)
  • Ensure events are translated into content and extended beyond the moment
  • Coordinate logistics and communication with internal teams and external partners

What success looks like
  • Bambuser shows up with clear, relevant, and differentiated content
  • Drive high-quality engagement by attracting and engaging the right target audience, not just increasing volume
  • Content is actively used by Sales to support and drive customer conversations
  • Events are well-executed and generate meaningful content and engagement
  • Position Bambuser as a leading authority in our space, creating high-value content people trust and actively seek out

Who you are
  • Proven experience owning and developing content that drives engagement and builds an audience (ideally in B2B)
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in English (native level), with a journalist's instinct for narratives, angles, and headlines that capture attention
  • Highly attuned to what drives engagement, with a strong instinct for what resonates and a genuine curiosity for trends, conversations, and shifts in the market
  • Comfortable creating and editing simple, scrappy video content using lightweight tools
  • Data-obsessed content creator who tests, learns, and iterates quickly based on performance insights
  • Able to turn messy input into clear, structured output
  • Comfortable owning work end-to-end and moving with speed
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working across teams and in a global environment
