To our client within retail we are now looking for a Communication and PR Specialist!
Key Responsibilities
Drive End-to-End Campaign Comms: Own and execute the internal communication campaign for the Q4 Development Plan, including creating content for SharePoint, Tech Buzz, and the Tech Academy email, as well as tracking reach and distribution.
Produce Multi-Format Content: Create engaging content across multiple formats, including short videos, written testimonials, email newsletters, and Teams channel updates.
Deliver Academy Program Communications: Support high-priority program comms targeting both employees and leaders, gather testimonials from past/current participants, and summarize outcomes for distribution across key internal channels.
Coordinate Stakeholders & Vendors: Independently manage relationships with program participants, external vendors, and internal comms teams while ensuring all deliverables align with central comms guidelines.
Support Workshop Design: Assist in designing communication and visual materials for open workshops running throughout October and November.
Requirements
Senior & Independent: Able to step in and work independently from day one with only light direction.
Execution-Oriented: A true "senior doer" rather than an advisor-comfortable taking full ownership and driving projects all the way to completion instead of handing off plans.
Multi-Format Content Producer: Hands-on experience producing short videos, participant testimonials, SharePoint pages, and channel-specific content (e.g., newsletters, emails, and Teams updates).
Strong Stakeholder Coordination: Comfortable gathering testimonials, syncing with external vendors and other comms resources, and ensuring full alignment with central comms guidelines.
Proven Campaign Track Record: Demonstrated experience running behavior-change or campaign-driven comms, going beyond routine informational updates.
Nice to Have: Prior experience working within a technology organization.
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a part-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants.
The assignment is part-time of approximately 40% and is expected to start 2026-09-14 and end 2026-11-30.
