As CloudOps Engineer at our Stockholm office, you will manage and drive change in a modern, mostly cloud-based IT environment, covering servers, storage, micro services, networking, and end-user computing. The role also spans SaaS services, identity and access management, cyber security, enterprise mobility, vendor and supplier engagements, and procurement. Under broad direction, you will design and oversee upgrades, new installations, integrations, operations, and troubleshooting across Dev, Test, and Production environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As CloudOps Engineer your main contribution will be to keep our network, cloud and endpoint services secure, stable and available, and to help move our remaining on-premises workloads to the cloud. You will report to the Infra Operations Manager. You will play a vital role in delivering a reliable, secure, and automated IT foundation for the business by:

• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across offices, stores, and warehouses, as well as networking in our public cloud environments
• Planning and executing network changes and upgrades, monitoring performance and capacity, and carrying out root cause analysis on recurring faults
• Administering our endpoint management platform and cloud identity services, including device compliance, application deployment, conditional access, and single sign-on
• Operating compute, storage, and micro services in a cloud-first hybrid environment, together with our collaboration and productivity services, including backup and restore
• Maintaining security compliance across networks, servers, and endpoints through patching, threat protection, hardening, and certificate management
• Contributing to the migration of remaining on-premises workloads and services to the cloud, and to the decommissioning programme running until end of 2027
• Taking part in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, acting as escalation tier for network operations, security operations, and customer support
• Developing scripts for automation and monitoring, and keeping documentation and configuration data accurate in our ITSM platform
• Collaborating with development, service delivery, and business teams to keep critical systems available around the clock, including taking part in the on-call rotation and travelling to sites when required

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 2 to 4 years' experience within IT operations, infrastructure, or network operations
• Solid hands-on experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and wireless
• Experience with networking in at least one major public cloud platform, including hybrid connectivity
• Hands-on experience with Windows MDM through Microsoft Intune, including enrolment, compliance policies, and application deployment, as well as management of mobile devices
• Experience with Windows Server administration and virtualisation
• Working knowledge of IT security practices, including threat protection, vulnerability management, and certificate management
• Scripting skills for automation and monitoring, for example PowerShell, and familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Experience working with ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Fluent in English
