As a Client Account Lead, you will be at the center of that transformation.

You will partner with senior executives from some of Sweden's most influential telecommunications, media, technology, and software companies, helping them tackle their most important business challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially minded leader who combines industry insight, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

You likely bring:

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, strategy, business development, or industry leadership roles
• Strong experience within Communications, Media & Technology, including Telecommunications, Software & Platforms, Technology Services, Digital Businesses, or related sectors
• A proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and develop long-term strategic partnerships
• Experience identifying, shaping, and leading complex transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
• Expertise in one or more areas such as AI, digital transformation, cloud, customer growth, data & analytics, operating model transformation, or business reinvention
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing accounts, businesses, or strategic opportunities
• Experience leading diverse teams and creating environments where people can thrive and perform at their best
• A Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English; Swedish is highly valued
• Curiosity, energy, and a genuine interest in helping clients solve their most important challenges

What You'll Do

As a Client Account Lead, you will:

• Build and grow executive-level relationships with leading Communications, Media & Technology organizations across Sweden and the Nordics
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, helping them navigate growth, innovation, and business transformation
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex programs across strategy, technology, operations, cloud, data, and AI
• Identify emerging opportunities and develop compelling business cases that create measurable value for clients
• Connect client ambitions with Accenture's global expertise, ecosystem partnerships, research, and innovation capabilities
• Bring industry insights and thought leadership into strategic conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor, coach, and inspire talented colleagues while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Help strengthen Accenture's position as the partner of choice for leading organizations in the Communications, Media & Technology sector
