You have solid experience (around 7+ years) within sustainability or a related field
You understand how to turn sustainability strategies into real business actions
You're comfortable working across functions and building strong relationships
You communicate clearly and can engage stakeholders on different levels
You're structured and analytical, but also creative when solving challenges
You're motivated by creating a positive impact for people, planet and business
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Lead and implement sustainability projects, tools and guidelines across the business
Drive the sustainability agenda in line with overall strategy and priorities
Follow up on sustainability performance and support continuous improvement
Work closely with stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business plans
Support alignment on priorities, resources and activities to move the agenda forward
Share knowledge, best practices and help build sustainability competence
Provide guidance and practical tools to support teams in their daily work
Stay curious and bring in new insights and ideas to strengthen our impact
