Om jobbet

Right now, we are looking for a Central Planning Manager for our Central Project Control Team. In this role you will report to our Central Project Control Leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for driving project-wide planning, scheduling, and performance tracking across all delivery areas.

As Central Planning Manager, you will own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment across the full project. You will provide structure, oversight, and clarity in planning, enabling informed decisions and early identification of risks across a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

Specifically, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.

Own, develop, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all delivery areas

Define and enforce planning standards, frameworks, and ways of working

Monitor schedule performance, including progress, variance, and forecast completion

Identify critical paths, key milestones, and schedule risks, and drive mitigation actions

Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA), scenario modelling, and recovery planning

Integrate schedules across teams and ensure alignment with project-level priorities

Provide consolidated reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership

Lead and support Area Planning Leads, including capability development and guidance

Requirements

You're curious and believe that real progress happens when we work together. You're not afraid to challenge old ways of thinking and you treat others with respect while doing it. We value people who take initiative, build trust, and help create a workplace where everyone can do their best.

We would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below:

Experience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects

Strong expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and planning methodologies

Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary project environments

Solid understanding of schedule risk analysis and SRA processes

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights

Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and delivery areas

Proven ability to lead planning teams and drive alignment across functions

A structured and proactive way of working in high-paced environments
