You have strong experience in business performance management, finance or business navigation
You're comfortable working with data, analysis and turning insights into clear recommendations
You understand how business, financial and operational processes are connected
You're confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
You enjoy working in a fast-changing, complex environment
You're motivated by creating value, driving growth and contributing to better business outcomes

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Working closely with leaders to support business planning, performance and decision-making
Delivering clear analyses, insights and recommendations to improve business performance
Driving and supporting forecasting, planning and follow-up processes
Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping close performance gaps
Contributing to projects, initiatives and business cases with a holistic perspective
Supporting the development of new ways of steering and measuring the business
Collaborating across teams to create alignment and drive results
