Job Title: Business Development Representative (1-2 Years Exp)

Location: Remote within either Sweden, Norway, Denmark,Finland (You must be located in one of these countries)

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, you will be building relationships with potential corporate clients through active sales engagement, lead generation and market research to promote our intelligence and platform services. You will learn about our solutions and be able to understand and present our value proposition to potential clients within all target markets across the Nordic region. You will be able to see and measure the growth you will be taking part in achieving.

What we trust you to do
  • Responsible for showcasing our data & intelligence & growth solution services to a wide global audience and acquiring various types of clients from SMB to Enterprise level.
  • Collect market information through extensive research, cross-referencing, and analysis.
  • Identify and prioritise target accounts and industries based on research findings.
  • Diligently engage potential clients via a variety of inbound and outbound sources such as email, phone, social media, or in-person interactions to cultivate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Work with Enterprise Account Executives and build a pipeline of new business.
  • Arrange product demonstration meetings between potential clients and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you need to succeed
  • BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of business development or related work experience preferred in global B2B products. Preferably from a SaaS or tech-related background and is familiar with sales processes.
  • Experience selling in the Nordic market is preferred.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sales development is preferred.
  • Native-level of either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish is required with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Possesses strong organisational skills, deadline-oriented, logical-thinker, analytical, and attention to detail are a strong requirement.
  • Proven success in a sales development or lead generation role. Including experience in cold outreaches (i.e., cold calling/cold emailing).
  • Experience of working in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and push yourself to achieve more.
  • An ability to respond with a sense of urgency in support of the team's objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, organisational and time management skills.

Great to Haves
  • Sales experience in DACH, CIS, and/or EU.
  • Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to grow a career in technology sales.
