Are you looking to combine leadership with the opportunity to develop both people and business? At Arla, we are seeking an experienced leader who wants to drive our Kvibille dairy into the future - with a focus on operational excellence, workplace wellbeing, cultural transformation and sustainability. At Kvibille Dairy we produce Kvibille Cheddar and Kvibille Ädel produced with milk from Halland and deliver to consumers all over Sweden.
How you will make an impact?
As Associate Site Director, you will be responsible for leading the whole site, which is part of Arla Foods' Cheese Cluster organization. You will play a central part in leading the transformational journey for the site. Together with your leadership team, you will ensure we achieve our customers' expectations and our own goals in health & safety, delivery reliability, quality, and finance. You will be a visible and approachable leader, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where different ideas and perspectives matter.

More specifically, you will
What will make you successful?
You have a university degree within food, engineering, or equivalent, and several years' of leadership experience. You are confident in change management, ideally with experience from optimization projects or organizational transformations. You have a solid understanding of production and supply chain, and are used to working in larger, international organizations. Favorably, you have documented experience with Swedish labor law, collective agreements and work environment regulations. You also communicate effortlessly in English and Swedish.
As a person, you are attentive, engaged, and clear in your communication. You enjoy collaborating, creating engagement to drive results, and building strong relationships - both internally and externally.

- Lead and develop your leadership team and team leaders in Production, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, CAPEX and continuous improvement.
- Be a role model for our workplace health and safety culture, actively driving initiatives in these areas
- Collaborate closely with local stakeholders such as unions to anchor the Arla culture
- Help shape our long-term strategy and contribute to the future of the site and to the Cheese Cluster Sweden as a part of the Cheese Cluster leadership team
What will make you successful?
