Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Trainer with specialization in the Product and R&D organization. The trainer will design and deliver practical learning programs that enable employees, managers, and functional specialists to use AI responsibly in real work.

This role emphasizes hands-on capability building aligned to Product and R&D workflows, rather than generic AI lectures.

The trainer will partner with product leaders, product managers, researchers, designers, engineers, innovation teams, data teams, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders to develop department-specific workshops, interactive exercises, prompt libraries, workflow demonstrations, and adoption resources.

Training will directly support customer insight analysis, product discovery, concept testing, roadmap planning, technical documentation, research workflows, and responsible AI practices within product and innovation environments.

Mission of the Role

The mission is to help Product and R&D teams identify where AI can create value, understand how to use it safely, and integrate it into everyday work.

The trainer will strengthen confidence, reduce uncertainty, and provide practical methods participants can apply immediately.

Each session should include business context, relevant real-world examples, guided exercises, and clear guidelines for responsible AI use.

Core Responsibilities

Design and deliver AI training programs for Product and R&D employees, managers, specialists, analysts, and senior stakeholders.

Create department-specific workshops, learning paths, exercises, prompt templates, role-based scenarios, and workflow demonstrations.

Teach practical AI use cases connected to product discovery, customer insight analysis, concept testing, roadmap planning, technical documentation, and research knowledge management.

Explain generative AI concepts, prompt design, workflow integration, output review, and human-in-the-loop decision-making in clear, business-focused language.

Facilitate remote workshops, hybrid programs, live sessions, on-site bootcamps, and executive briefings as needed.

Develop training materials such as slide decks, participant guides, quick-reference sheets, assignments, quizzes, adoption checklists, and manager toolkits.

Collaborate with implementation teams, IT, security, legal, and functional leaders to ensure training reflects approved tools and governance standards.

Evaluate training outcomes using participant feedback, adoption data, skill assessments, and business impact metrics.

Required Experience and Capabilities

Experience in AI training, corporate learning, enablement, consulting, digital transformation, or specialist work within Product and R&D.

Strong understanding of product discovery, customer insight analysis, roadmap planning, technical documentation, research workflows, and innovation processes.

Ability to explain AI concepts in clear, practical language without sacrificing professional accuracy.

Experience facilitating remote, hybrid, or on-site workshops for professional audiences.

Ability to create exercises, templates, examples, and demonstrations that participants can apply in their day-to-day work.

Knowledge of research validation, intellectual property, customer data privacy, responsible AI usage, and risks related to AI-driven product development.

Strong communication, facilitation, classroom management, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Ability to work effectively with global participants across diverse cultures, time zones, and varying technical skill levels.
