Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant

What You Will Work On

Help the client initiate and accelerate AI-assisted software development

Analyze the existing codebase and development processes to identify concrete AI use cases

Demonstrate how AI/LLMs can support refactoring, code analysis, debugging, and development workflows

Work hands-on with the engineering team to integrate AI tools into their daily development practices

Set up AI assistants, internal tools, or automation workflows to improve productivity and code quality

Coach and enable the team so they can independently continue AI-driven improvements

Support transformation initiatives in complex or security-sensitive environments

Drive best practices for safe, scalable, and efficient use of AI in software engineering

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in software development

Practical, hands-on experience using AI/LLMs in development work

Strong background working with legacy code, re-engineering, and modernization

Experience coaching teams and driving technical and cultural change

Experience setting up AI assistants, internal developer tools, or automation frameworks

Comfortable working in complex, regulated, or security-sensitive environments

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams

Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
