About the Role

You will shape how a large international engineering organization uses AI-assisted software development tools in practice. This role is about much more than introducing new platforms. You will own the full journey from rollout and onboarding to governance, service delivery, training, adoption, and continuous improvement for tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, platform ownership, operational governance, and change enablement. That means helping teams use AI tools in a secure, scalable, and effective way while also giving leadership clear insight into usage, value, and future opportunities. It is a great role if you want to influence both engineering productivity and the next generation of AI-native ways of working.

Job DescriptionYou will own and coordinate AI-assisted software development platforms, with a focus on GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and related engineering productivity solutions.

You will lead rollout and adoption activities, define onboarding flows, and improve how users get started and create value.

You will manage service delivery and lifecycle processes, including license allocation, reallocation, offboarding, and operational follow-up.

You will work closely with stakeholders across ServiceNow, IT service management, procurement, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and security and compliance.

You will improve operating processes, streamline request management, and support automation of allocation and approval workflows.

You will track utilization, consumption, budgeting inputs, and cost allocation to support value realization and ROI reporting.

You will create training material, run onboarding sessions, lead workshops, and share best practices that strengthen day-to-day adoption.

You will monitor developments across Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft AI capabilities, open-source coding assistants, and private AI development solutions.

You will evaluate new features, run proof-of-concept activities, build business cases, and recommend future platform direction.

You will coach engineering teams on how AI-assisted development can support design, coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and code review while maintaining engineering standards.

RequirementsExperience working with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted software development tools

Experience leading rollout, adoption, and lifecycle management of enterprise platforms or services

Experience defining governance, onboarding, offboarding, and operating processes

Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, infrastructure, architecture, procurement, and security or compliance

Experience following up usage, utilization, cost allocation, budgeting inputs, and value realization

Ability to create training material, run workshops, and support teams in day-to-day adoption of new tools

Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle

Ability to evaluate new capabilities, assess business impact, and recommend improvements to current operating models

Fluent in English and Swedish

Nice to haveExperience with ServiceNow or workflow automation connected to internal platform services

Experience with secure enterprise LLM solutions, self-hosted AI development platforms, or on-premises coding assistants

Knowledge of the Anthropic ecosystem, Microsoft AI development capabilities, or open-source coding assistants

Interest in AI-native and agentic software engineering approaches
