What you will do

• Lead AI & digital transformations: Direct complex projects and programs that drive measurable top-line growth and digital capability maturity for our clients.
• Advise senior leaders: Build relationship and partner with senior leaders and directors on strategic initiatives requiring multi-disciplinary teams and high-impact change management.
• Scale our AI Practice: Actively contribute to our growing AI advisory, helping clients identify, validate, and integrate AI technologies into their core business operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly across Curamando's specialized teams and the broader Eidra network to bring the exact right blend of strategic, technical, and creative capabilities to every engagement.
• Mentor and develop talent: Guide junior consultants, foster knowledge-sharing, and contribute to our inclusive, performance-driven culture.
• Drive commercial growth: Spot expansion opportunities within client accounts, lead high-impact pitch processes and client proposals, close deals, fuelling Curamando's pipeline and top-line performance.

Who you are

• Consulting Experience: 5 - 7 years of management consulting experience from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment.
• Strategic & Practical Mindset: A strategic mindset paired with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach, and a proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Functional & AI Focus: Expertise or experience in Digital transformations, Digital Marketing & Sales and/or AI, alongside experience incorporating AI tools and methodologies into all aspects of consulting delivery.
• Project & Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading transformation projects and managing complex, high-stakes stakeholder environments.
• Multidisciplinary Team Leadership: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams composed of subject matter experts across different functional areas.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Core Motivation: A genuine passion for business, people, and driving the mechanisms that allow organizations to achieve lasting change.
