We are actively expanding our market footprint, and we are looking for an Account Executive who is excited about driving new business!

The Role

You own the full sales cycle end-to-end. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close.

While you will have the backing of our marketing engine and partnership network, outbound pipeline generation is a core expectation of this role. You will take responsibility for building your own sales pipeline. Daily multi-channel prospecting (via calling, LinkedIn, and email) is a fundamental part of the daily routine and the key engine of your success.

What you'll do:
  • Generate new business: Proactively identify, target, and engage mid-market accounts to introduce them to GetAccept.
  • Run a consultative process: We don't feature-dump. You'll deeply diagnose a prospect's current sales process, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our platform solves them.
  • Own the outcome: Manage multi-stakeholder deals cleanly and hand over new customers to Account Management and Customer Success seamlessly, taking full accountability for your targets.

Your Team & Culture

You will join a focused, driven team of sales professionals based in our Stockholm office at Kungsbroplan 1, operating on a flexible hybrid model where you can work from home 2 days/week.

Reporting directly to our Sales Director, Markus Englin , you'll find an environment that balances high execution with deep support. We work hard to hit our targets, but we make sure to enjoy the journey - whether that's brainstorming strategic outbound ideas over coffee, Monday breakfasts, or celebrating milestone wins together.

Who you are

You are a self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and finding new opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads! You thrive in fast-paced environments where there aren't layers of bureaucracy blocking good ideas.
  • A proven track record in outbound B2B sales is required. Preferred if you bring experience within the SaaS or AI sectors, alongside proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Digital Sales Rooms.
  • You actively leverage modern tools to work smarter. You are comfortable utilizing AI and sales technology to streamline your prospecting, personalize your outreach at scale, and optimize your daily workflow
  • You possess genuine resilience! You are comfortable with outbound outreach and view a quiet deal as a cue to find new angles or stakeholders within an account.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish is required. Additional languages are a genuine advantage.
