  • Cloud systems and their security, including management and testing of security for cloud deployments in business and/or governmental contexts
  • Concepts and techniques for digital sovereignty (e.g., European cloud stack, privacy, or IPR protection in clouds)

Candidates with outstanding merits in other research areas may also be considered if they strengthen or complement the research at the department.

The research tasks include conducting and publishing research of high international quality, leading and developing research activities, and applying for external research funding at national and international levels. The teaching tasks include lecturing, practical elements, and course development at undergraduate and graduate level.
