Through an insight-led approach and close collaboration with employees, Hitachi Energy created a global employer value proposition (EVP) and an employer brand concept that puts their multi-talented people at the heart of everything. A growing library of global assets was developed for always-on campaigns across social media, and the career site was adapted to reflect the concept. Local teams shaped the concept to meet their audiences – driving awareness and conversions through tailored social campaigns, job ads, office branding, career fairs, cinema, outdoor, and airport advertising. Today, their employer branding is globally consistent and locally relevant – powered by people.
