Job Description
As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for leading tender submissions and supporting contract-related activities across Sweden and Finland. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality and Legal to ensure high-quality submissions that meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Job Description
As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for leading tender submissions and supporting contract-related activities across Sweden and Finland. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality and Legal to ensure high-quality submissions that meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tender processes from opportunity assessment to submission.
- Collect, review and compile commercial, technical and contractual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, internal processes and applicable regulations.
- Support contract administration and maintenance of agreement data in relevant systems.
- Analyse tender outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external procurement organizations.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant field
- Experience within tender management, bid coordination, public procurement or a similar project-driven role.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
- Comfortable working within processes, compliance requirements and regulated environments.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Finnish language skills are an advantage.
- Experience or interest in healthcare, MedTech or life sciences is highly valued.
