We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Embedded Developer for a Technical Product Owner role, with strong expertise in AUTOSAR and C++.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical background and proven experience in embedded systems development within the automotive domain. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can actively support issue resolution when needed, while also driving coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in embedded software development
Deep understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and concepts
Advanced proficiency in C++
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues hands-on
Experience working in cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments
Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to balance technical depth with product ownership responsibilities
Responsibilities
Act as the technical point of contact between engineering teams and stakeholders
Support and guide development teams in solving technical challenges
Drive technical discussions, prioritization, and alignment across teams
Ensure smooth collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions when required
Maintain a strong overview of product delivery while remaining technically involved
