Join our Information Technology team and help shape the digital capabilities that accelerate PMI's smoke-free transformation. As a Tech Deployment Senior Specialist, you will support the regional deployment of technology solutions by coordinating rollout activities, ensuring site and business readiness, supporting adoption, and securing a smooth transition from project delivery into stable operations.
Impact You'll Own
Drive regional deployment of technology solutions across markets, sites and business functions.
Ensure factory and site needs are understood, represented and addressed when central or regional solutions are deployed.
Identify and escalate functional, operational or support gaps between standard solutions and local business requirements.
Support simplification of the local technology portfolio by standardizing, consolidating, transitioning or retiring local solutions where possible.
Secure operational stability through clear ownership, adoption, hypercare and transition from project delivery to support.
What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate and follow up deployment activities for regional technology initiatives.
Work closely with factories and stakeholders to understand operational needs, readiness, risks and business impact.
Assess how central or standard solutions meet local requirements, and flag gaps, risks or required adaptations.
Maintain ownership of the local application and solution portfolio, including usage, criticality, lifecycle risks and decommissioning opportunities.
Coordinate go-live, hypercare, portfolio simplification and handover activities with vendors, delivery teams and support organizations.
Skills & Capabilities
Experience in technology deployment, rollout coordination or implementation of business-critical systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent factory and site needs in regional or global initiatives.
Ability to lead or coordinate projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Understanding of application portfolio management, lifecycle planning, simplification and decommissioning.
Strong coordination skills across business, technology, vendors, delivery teams and support organizations.
Knowledge of change management, adoption, hypercare and transition from project delivery to stable operations.
