Om jobbet

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact - on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we're pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the job
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support and strengthen our hiring across the organization.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure we attract, assess, and hire the right talent in a structured and efficient way.

You will play a key role in bringing consistency, quality, and transparency to our hiring-while contributing to improving how we work with Talent Acquisition over time.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys driving recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving how hiring is done.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Recruitment Processes End-to-End: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer management. Ensure a structured, efficient, and high-quality process.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and support them throughout the recruitment process. Help clarify role requirements and guide decision-making.
  • Source and Attract the Right Talent: Actively source candidates using relevant channels and tools. Build pipelines for recurring or harder-to-fill roles and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Deliver Quality in Assessment: Screen and assess candidates using appropriate tools and methods to ensure a strong match-both in terms of skills and organizational fit.
  • Use Data to Improve Hiring: Maintain accurate candidate data and use available insights to track progress, identify challenges, and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Contribute to Consistent Ways of Working: Collaborate with the broader TA team to ensure alignment in processes and practices.
  • Ensure Compliance and Best Practice: Follow established processes and ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with policies, regulations, and internal guidelines.
  • Create a Strong Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, timely, and respectful experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
About You
You are a structured and proactive Talent Acquisition professional who takes ownership of your processes and ensures things move forward.

You are comfortable working closely with stakeholders, managing multiple recruitments at once, and handling both straightforward and moderately complex roles.

You bring:
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening
  • The ability to build good working relationships with hiring managers
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach, ensuring quality and consistency
  • A proactive mindset-you don't wait for things to happen, you move them forward
  • Comfort using data and systems to track progress and improve outcomes
  • The ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining quality
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success
What You Know
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • Around 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full recruitment processes
  • Good understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and assessment methods
  • Experience working in international or multi-stakeholder environments is an advantage
  • Experience from a recruitment agency is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus
