Your tasks

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email and social media

• Follow up and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences on behalf of leading global brands

• Work towards set customer KPIs and internal goals

Your profile Fluent Swedish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)

Strong communication skills, good social skills and problem-solving skills

Good computer skills and technical interest

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude
