Role summary
Do you want to help shape the future of sustainable power solutions across industries and applications?
We are now looking for a Strategy & Business Development Manager to drive key strategic initiatives within Scania Power Solutions. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, global environment, leading cross-functional projects and contributing to the development and execution of strategy. You will play a central role in supporting growth, transformation, and new business opportunities across markets and segments.

You are a driven and analytical professional with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex topics in an international environment.
You have experience within strategy, business development, project management, or consulting, and are confident working across functions and senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly, build trust, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution.
