About the Role

You will help turn strategic ambition into concrete, decision-ready initiatives in a complex digital product environment. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product development, data, architecture, and emerging technology, with a clear focus on agentic AI.

You will work across products and business areas, connecting business needs with technical possibilities and making sure promising opportunities become structured initiatives that can be tested, implemented, and transitioned into operations. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders, while supporting product direction without owning the product roadmap. Job DescriptionYou will facilitate discovery together with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

You will translate strategic opportunities into hypotheses, business cases, initiative definitions, and implementation options.

You will identify dependencies related to shared platforms, machine and customer data, integrations, security, governance, and organization.

You will build reusable approaches that help avoid isolated experiments turning into disconnected solutions.

You will coordinate experiments and pilots, including scope, success criteria, stakeholder alignment, and value measurement.

You will lead cross-functional implementations by keeping the overall plan together and coordinating teams, dependencies, risks, budgets, decision points, pilots, rollout, and benefits realization.

You will prepare decision-ready material for Product Owners and program leadership.

You will help ensure that validated initiatives transition smoothly into normal product operations with the right Product Owner and delivery team.

RequirementsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of relevant experience in strategic innovation, product strategy, business development, management consulting, or similar roles.

Demonstrated ability to take complex opportunities from early discovery through business case, experiment, implementation, and operations.

Strong project and program management experience involving several delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Experience developing hypotheses, business cases, implementation options, success criteria, and value-measurement frameworks.

Strong understanding of digital product development, product ownership, customer research, security, compliance and laws applied to deliveries, and governance.

Ability to explain complex business and technical dependencies clearly to senior decision-makers.

Proven experience facilitating workshops and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to haveGood knowledge of Swedish.
