• Solid experience building and shipping products end-to-end
• Strong skills in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Python/Node.js)
• Solid understanding of software design principles and writing scalable, performant code

• Collaborative spirit - you thrive in cross-functional teams with product, design, data, and ML

What you'll do

In one sentence:Build the core Alva experience and take it to the next level.

• Design, build, and maintain features across the stack - frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Take ownership of features end-to-end: from technical design to implementation, deployment, and iteration
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, ML engineers, and product managers to turn ideas into intuitive product experiences
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle: planning, shipping, learning, and improving
