Senior Product Manager

Commerce is changing again. A growing share of purchases will be discovered and decided by AI agents and assistants, not by someone browsing a website. Making that work needs new data products, and we think there's a huge untapped opportunity in building them.

That's where you come in.

We already power commerce experiences for some of the world's most iconic brands: LVMH, Audi, Sisley Paris, Sephora, Decathlon, Sonos. Underneath those experiences sits a growing, compounding pool of commerce and behavioral data. We believe there's a whole new category of products waiting inside it, and we're building a team from the ground up to go find them.

This is a founder-style role inside a bigger company: you'll own an area end-to-end, with the autonomy to set the strategy and a cross-functional team to help you build it.

What You'll Do

• Own a team end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance; and run it like a small business inside Bambuser
• Define and continually refine the problem space you're solving, staying close to where the opportunity lies
• Identify and size new opportunities, and build the business case that turns a hunch into a defensible bet
• Decide what to ship, and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, designers, and data people to build and deliver it to a high quality
• Track performance against clear outcomes, then iterate and scale what's working
• Work qual and quant data fluently, from customer conversations to usage data to market signals
• Operate in two gears at once: ship quick wins that build momentum, while steering toward a longer-term strategic impact
• Build new data products and offerings from the ground up, to a standard the world's leading enterprises expect
• Bring focus and sound business judgment to a space that's still being defined

Who You Are

We believe you'll thrive if you...

• Have senior product management experience owning a product or problem space end-to-end
• Have built a customer-facing data product, data platform or commercial data offering
• Have built and launched a new product or offering from 0 to 1, ideally involving data
• Have succeeded in a startup, scale-up or similarly fast-moving environment where direction and structure were still being created
• Are comfortable across the full product life cycle from opportunity discovery through shipping through scaling
• Know how to identify and size an opportunity, validate demand and build a compelling commercial case
• Are fluent in both qualitative and quantitative data, and know when to lean on each
• Are technically and analytically fluent enough to lead effectively alongside data, engineering and analytics teams
• Think in quick wins and long-term strategy at the same time, and know how to run both gears together
• Want a high-autonomy role and the accountability that comes with it
• Communicate clearly with engineers, analysts, designers and commercial stakeholders to understand and negotiate trade-offs

Bonus If You...

• Have worked with enterprise clients, ideally at consumer, retail, or commerce brands
• Are genuinely curious about agentic and AI-driven commerce and where it's heading
• Have experience pricing or packaging a new product or offering

About the team

We work in small, cross-functional teams, each focused on a high-impact problem space and run like a small business with clear ownership, its own strategy, and the room to decide what to build and why.

This team is brand new, which means an outsized hand in shaping what the team exists to do.

You'll report to the VP of Product & Innovation and work closely with our design, data, engineering, and commercial teams as well as the enterprise clients this team is building for.
