You will in this role be Sales Manager for the Business unit High Voltage Service, based in Ludvika.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for a budget of 30MUSD with a minimum growth rate per year of 3%
- Manager of a team of 12 sales engineers with worldwide market responsibility
- Implementing our global and local sales strategy in the group developing clear roles within the sales team
- Leading and organizing marketing activities and sales campaigns
- Provide a regular and reliable forecast to the Operating Unit on a bi-weekly basis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives following the LEAN 6-sigma model
Your background
- Preferably engineer in the fields of energy, electricity or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in sales in the electric, power and industry sectors
- Knowledge on continuous improvement and LEAN principles is a must. A yellow belt certification or higher will be advantageous
- Knowledge of High Voltage business and products is crucial.
- English is a must, whereas other languages are an advantage
