OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
  • Initiating and driving incremental sales
  • Contributing to gross profit budgets and increasing revenues / volumes
  • Responsible for developing new and existing (in close cooperation with ocean and air managers) Forwarding business within the given product range and targets.
  • Responsible for coordination and agreement with the National Management team, to direct the customer relationship, management of the client contract, and for client specific services.

Processes:
  • Structure and drive your personal pipeline in SalesForce.
  • Deliver solid service to existing clients and enable organic growth with existing clients.
  • Analyze and identify target customers to support our growth ambitions.
  • Enable VOL growth via your relationships and high market activity
  • Support TOLLs product strategy via strategic sales of all serviced products


SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical:
  • Strategic thinking and strong networking abilities.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market, and regulations.
  • Strong selling and presentation skills with solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment.
  • Good negotiation skills to close contracts with customers.
  • Computer literate with an understanding of MS Office, CW1, and Sales Force.
  • Good command of written and spoken Swedish and English.

  • Licenses: Driver license
