What's the role about? 💻
As aSales Development Representative (SDR) at Eletive, you'll play a key role in our growth journey by building and developing our sales pipeline.

You'll be part of our international Sales team in Malmö, working closely with a group of around 15 passionate SDR colleagues. Together, we drive growth across global markets, with a continued focus on growing our presence in theDACH region.

In this role, you'll combinestructured prospecting, creative outreach, and modern sales tools (including AI)to connect with potential customers and create new business opportunities.
What you'll do 🚀
  • Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and research potential customers in your target market using modern tools and data-driven insights
  • Outbound outreach: Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social channels to spark interest and start conversations
  • Qualify opportunities: Understand customer needs and assess whether there is a strong fit with Eletive
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Hand over qualified leads and set the foundation for successful sales processes
  • Market insight: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously refine your outreach approach
  • Creative prospecting: Test new ideas and approaches to reach and engage potential customers
  • CRM management: Keep HubSpot up to date with accurate and structured data

Please note: This role is based in Sweden, and you need authorization to work here. We are currently not able to offer visa sponsorship, but we welcome applications from candidates eligible to work within the EU.
