Do you want to guide a team of highly educated and dedicated people and support their efforts and create results. Then you might be our new Sales Director for Denmark and Sweden!

The job

As Sales Director, you will have independence and influence so you can lead your teams of product specialists in the best possible way. The Sales Director plans the activities necessary to reach AH diagnostics' strategic goals in Denmark and Sweden, in close collaboration with the rest of the Nordic Management team. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales management and coach and do regular sales follow-up with your teams and each Product Specialist. You will be responsible for monitoring the market and will be part of the tender and agreement processes. 

In short, you will: 

  • Be responsible for AH diagnostics' sales budget and profit in Denmark and Sweden, as well as reaching overall KPIs relevant for our strategic goals
  • Coach and support your teams of Product Specialists
  • Handle and negotiate contracts with Key Accounts and attend customer visits when needed
  • Be responsible for the implementation of AH diagnostics' strategy and values for the Danish and Swedish sales team
  • Collaborate with suppliers according to AH diagnostics' values and business strategy
  • Be a part of the Nordic Management team

The position includes travel, and it is expected that you can work at flexible times. 

Your profile

You are passionate about creating results, are proactive and good at creating and developing relationships. You draw on your background in sales management and life science, to be a present and engaged leader. We expect you to be located in the Copenhagen or Stockholm greater area, and able to be in our local office a couple of times a week. 

Professionally, you can document that you have: 

  • Relevant experience and education in sales leadership and life science
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a sales team leader and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Senior level sales experience
  • A high level of Danish or Swedish and English, orally and in writing
  • Good analytical and communication skills and you understand the importance of planning
  • Experienced user of the MS Office suite and CRM system
  • Driver's license
