Job Description:

As RTE you will improve, develop and coach within our SAFe setup. You will be part of and work closely together with the stakeholders within the MACH R&D organization.
Your responsibilities
- Coach stakeholders, leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Facilitate the SAFe events (PI planning, preparations, demos, Inspect & Adapt etc.)
- Drive improvements of our processes and ways-of-working within our SAFe setup.
- Help manage risks and dependencies together with our teams.
- Report to the management group of the department.

Your background
- Experience in leading agile software development, preferably in a large scale environment.
- Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PM/PO, PMI ACP, SAFe SA or SAFe SPC).
- Advanced understanding of agile, lean, theory of constraints and DevOps.
- You are a team player who is good at motivating others.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbally.
- Proficiency in Swedish is considered a plus
