About the role:

We are looking for a Regulatory Quality Specialist to join the Client Management team within the Regulatory Reporting Office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of financial markets, regulations and client service. You will contribute to regulatory compliance throughout the client lifecycle by supporting onboarding activities, maintaining regulatory client data, coordinating documentation and driving continuous improvements.

The role offers close collaboration with colleagues across Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Client Coverage, as well as direct interaction with clients. It is well suited for someone who enjoys analytical work, solving complex challenges and working in an international environment where regulations continue to evolve.

Your responsibilities:

As a Regulatory Quality Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain regulatory client data throughout the client lifecycle while ensuring accuracy and high quality.

Analyze client structures and regulatory classifications.

Communicate directly with clients regarding regulatory requirements.

Support regulatory change initiatives & process improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business areas to resolve client matters and improve processes.

Escalate complex cases where appropriate and contribute to effective risk management.

Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute as a subject matter expert within your area.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and international environment, has a genuine interest in financial markets and regulations, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Experience in the following areas would be considered an advantage:

Financial services, client onboarding, client lifecycle management or regulatory reporting.

Financial markets regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank or SFTR.

Financial markets products and regulatory documentation.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to understand complex client structures.

Confidence communicating with clients and collaborating with stakeholders across different parts of the organization.

The ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.

An interest in exploring how AI and automation can help improve existing processes, enhance quality and increase efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or another relevant field.

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
