We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist who want to join our People Attraction and Development team here in Lund and contribute to our success journey going forward!

Your future team

Axis People Attraction Development team consists of specialists working with student relations, sourcing, employer branding, recruitment, and learning & development.

As a team we cover all the areas needed to attract, recruit, develop and retain the most fitting competences in order for Axis to continue our growth.

We support and challenge each other in an environment where psychological safety is on top of the agenda. Together we learn from our mistakes and celebrate success!

What you´ll do here as a Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist you have an important role as a professional recruitment partner in guiding our managers through our process, providing support around recruitment, and giving advice as well as administrative support.

You will work in close collaboration with our line managers, recruitment coordinators, as well as with the other recruitments specialists and the rest of our HR team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Conduct interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience

Drive consistency and alignment in recruitment processes across teams and organizations

Work proactively with workforce planning and future headcount needs

Identify key focus areas where recruitment support can add the most value

Act as a change agent and thought leader within talent acquisition

Design and deliver training sessions on recruitment-related topics

Develop Axis recruitment method

Represent recruitment in different projects

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, you are a team player with the ability to get people to feel comfortable and understood. You are self-confident and work with high integrity to communicate your professional opinion in a constructive way, focusing on our business, values, and culture. We also think that you enjoy building long term relationships built on trust and cooperation.

Furthermore, we think you have a curious mindset with a network to find new influences and pinpoint continuous improvements. You are motivated to support recruiting managers and take lead in the recruitment process in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

In addition to above we love to see that you also:

A couple of years' experience in recruitment and experience in managing the entire recruitment process

Relevant educational background

Have a solid network within talent acquisition

Understand the importance of working competency based

Are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
