Job DescriptionYou will support the development and optimization of assembly manufacturing operations.
You will work with assembly methods and help improve how production is planned and executed.
You will create, update and refine work instructions that support efficient and consistent assembly processes.
You will contribute to PFMEA work and strengthen quality and risk awareness in production.
You will collaborate closely with production teams and support functions to identify improvement opportunities and drive practical solutions.
You will use your improvement mindset to help create more effective and robust ways of working in manufacturing.
Requirements5+ years of experience as a Production Engineer in assembly manufacturing environments.
MSc degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
Experience with assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing.
You are self-driven, improvement-oriented, and comfortable collaborating closely with production teams and support functions.
Nice to haveExperience from large-scale industrial manufacturing environments.
