About Qurrent
Qurrent connects batteries, solar parks and wind farms to the Nordic electricity markets. Our machine learning models forecast prices, and our optimization decides where each asset earns the most. Then we control it in real time.
We're ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value individuals who are driven by challenges and eager to push boundaries.
The Role
AI has changed how we build software. A small engineering team can now ship a lot, and our bottleneck has moved to deciding what is worth building and turning it into revenue. That's why we're hiring our first Product Manager.
You'll work closely with our CTPO and sit at the center of the company, between engineering, data, sales, marketing, and operations. You own the product from idea to launch, and you're accountable for whether it moves the business.
This is a full-stack PM role with the weight on data, tech, and product marketing rather than design and UX. You'll run projects through to delivery and own how our products are released, packaged, and priced.
AI-native ways of working are central to this role. We expect you to be highly fluent with AI tools and to use Claude Code or similar to build working prototypes, analyze data, and test ideas with customers before anything goes into the engineering backlog.

What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap together with the CTPO: decide what to build, why, and what to skip
- Prototype new features and products with AI tools and validate them with customers before engineering commits
- Dig into platform, market, and customer data yourself to understand what's working and where the value is
- Run projects from idea to release: scope, plan, coordinate with engineering, and ship
- Decide how new products are released, bundled and packaged
- Shape product positioning, launch material, and sales collateral together with our marketing team
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations on launches, and bring what they hear from customers back into the product
- Talk to customers regularly: asset owners, energy companies, installers, and partners
Must-Haves
- Experience as a Product Manager at a tech or software company
- You use AI tools every day, have built prototypes with them, and can explain how they change product work
- Comfortable with data, metrics, and dashboards: you use data to make decisions
- Enough technical depth to discuss APIs, data flows, and system architecture with engineers and make sound trade-offs
- Go-to-market, packaging, and pricing experience, and an understanding of how a product turns into revenue
- A track record of running projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, and shipping
- Clear written and spoken English
- Experience from B2B SaaS, energy, IoT, or infrastructure
- Understanding of electricity markets, battery storage, or ancillary services (FCR, aFRR, mFRR)
- Experience as the first PM in a company, or building a product function from scratch
- Swedish language skills
- Ownership from day one. As our first Product Manager, you shape how product work is done at Qurrent
- Work directly with the CTPO and the leadership team
- Small team, low bureaucracy, high trust: you ship things that matter every week
- A mission that matters: helping stabilize the grid and enabling the energy transition
- A hybrid setup based at our office in Stockholm
